Greetings from Crypt Heaven! We hope you are not working too hard, it would be a strange time to start that kind of activity! We hope you sober up in time for England's next match. We cannot wait to see what you will buy the lab from Sri Lanka; Nicola says she does not want any presents of the microbiological variety (round of applause). Anyway, enough from MARK.
